Michael Newell and the Grinch

Yesterday, we were treated to a wonderfully engaging rendition of Dr. Seuss’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas by professional storyteller, published poet/author and ISK high school English teacher, Mr. Michael Newell.  Michael has been telling stories and writing poetry for decades, and it was a special occassion to watch him engage the younger students with this creative character voices and captivating stage presence.
